Diversity Programs 

Connect students with generations of Bruins of diverse backgrounds to provide a sense of community that enriches leadership development, advocacy and activism, recruitment and retention efforts—all to promote a positive and inclusive campus climate at UCLA.
Since 1988, the UCLA AIAA has provided a vehicle for alumni, students and friends of native heritage to become meaningfully involved in the affairs of UCLA.
Founded more than 25 years ago with Bruin spirit and strong ties to one another UCLA APA is in a unique position to further its collective goals through programs and events that represent the vast diversity and strength of the community.
UCLA’s newest official alumni support network has joined forces with the Mixed Student Union (MSU) which gives voice to those who don’t fit into the traditional perceptions of race. MSU provides a social, political and educational community for students of mixed race, culture, ethnicity, or heritage at UCLA.
Alumni offer students career advice, academic and professional guidance and opportunities for internships and summer jobs. PAA annually awards scholarships to recognize the outstanding achievements of UCLA students in academics, leadership, and community service.
UBAA exists to empower African American alumni, students and faculty through advocacy, professional and social networking, scholarships and mobilization that create greater educational opportunities and resources for the community.
Lambda is one of the oldest and most well-established LGBTQ alumni organizations in the country. Serving UCLA’s community of Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender Queer (LGBTQ) alumni and students with social, professional, community outreach, and mentorship opportunities.
Dedicated to the advancement, benefit and success of Latino alumni, students, faculty and staff at UCLA, ULAA offers connections to cultural, educational, intellectual and social resources and support.
In support of the Muslim Student Association at UCLA (MSA) UMAA provides networking programs, resources and leadership development to students and alumni to build a connected and resourceful network for Muslim Bruins at UCLA.
This network supports current Pacific Islander students at UCLA in their studies and retention, career exploration and social events. The associations provides mentorship and fosters relationships that will help the next generation of leaders within the community.
