ULAA Hike to Hollywood Sign

Join ULAA for a 4.3 mile hike to the Hollywood sign! This scenic hike takes about 2 hours round trip at a leisurely pace. This hike will give you views of the Hollywood sign from afar (from Lake Hollywood park) but also from behind the sign where you will also get views of Lake Hollywood reservoir. The path is dirt (20%) and concrete (80%). The hike starts at 1,000 feet of elevation and at the top of the Hollywood sign we reach 1,700 feet of elevation. We will head to the Hollywood sign and come back down to Lake Hollywood Park.

Please bring plenty of water as there are no water fountains on the way up, and sun protection such as a hat and sunscreen since there is not much shade throughout the hike.
