Thanksgiving in the U.S. is often an unfamiliar tradition for international students. The UCLA Alumni Association and Dashew Center for International Students & Scholars are happy to partner this fall 2024 to give our International Bruins an opportunity to experience this holiday and tradition firsthand with families and alumni in the local area!
Details:
- Thanksgiving meals will take place on Thanksgiving day (Thursday, Nov. 28).
- Each hosting family will host at least 2 students at once.
- Students will be responsible for their transportation to and from their host's home.
- Hosts should be within a 10 mile radius of campus - please input your home address in the form below.
Deadline:
The deadline to submit this interest form is Wednesday, Oct. 30. Students will sign up to participate by Thursday, Nov. 14. All alumni and families whom we are able to match with students will be emailed regarding their student matches by Wednesday, Nov. 20.
