Amy Steinfeld '00Amy Steinfeld '00, office managing partner of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s Santa Barbara office, has joined the board of trustees of Lotusland, a nonprofit botanical garden in Montecito, California, recognized as one of the world’s top 10 gardens. Lotusland educates and inspires visitors with its collections, sustainable horticulture practices and plant conservation.

During her three-year term, Steinfeld will help oversee Lotusland’s resources, promote its mission and garner community support. She is excited to contribute to an organization renowned for its rich history, innovative landscape designs and collection of rare plants.

“As a water lawyer and avid gardener, I’m inspired by Lotusland’s sustainable irrigation practices, protection of rare plants and focus on science and education programs,” Steinfeld said.

Steinfeld is a 2005 graduate of the University of Colorado Law School, with honors, and earned her bachelor’s degree in geography/environmental studies, cum laude.
