Homecoming at UCLA is a student-run organization supported by the UCLA Alumni Association, working to unite all generations of Bruins through school spirit and traditions. Each fall quarter, Bruins come back to their home in Westwood for a week-long celebration of sports, entertainment, philanthropy and community.
UCLA is thrilled to welcome back students, faculty, staff, alumni and friends to campus! This year, Homecoming at UCLA invites you to join us at our re-imagined virtual events and in-person gatherings for a weeklong celebration leading up to Bruin Family Weekend and the UCLA vs. Oregon football game at the Rose Bowl Stadium. After an unpredictable year leading up to 18 months of closure, the Bruin spirit has remained stronger than ever. Reconnect with Bruins and participate in fun traditions.
Watch Westwood come alive as Bruins unite together again and decorate the village with Blue and Gold. Decorate your home office or living space and share your Bruin Spirit on your social channels using #UCLAHomecoming.

Homecoming volunteers serve on one of five committees. All members meet weekly throughout the academic year to plan events and programs.
Alumni Relations Committee
Led by the Alumni Relations Director, this committee works to maintain a strong relationship with the UCLA Alumni Association and the Student Alumni Association to promote and increase alumni engagement during Homecoming Week activities. This committee works to bridge the connection between students and alumni to celebrate UCLA’s Homecoming together. They are responsible for creating and developing new alumni-centered events during Homecoming Week and to grow traditional events like the “Bar Crawl.”
Apparel Committee
Led by the Apparel Director, the apparel committee is responsible for designing, ordering, and organizing sales for all Homecoming apparel. The apparel committee is responsible for keeping track of inventory and sales of all Homecoming T-shirts and other apparel sold, leading up to and through Homecoming Week. All members on the committee do not need design experience, but a creative eye is necessary in order to create our annual T-shirt design.
Bruin Engagement Committee
Led by the Bruin Engagement Director, the Bruin Engagement committee is where Homecoming is connected to the students of UCLA and the greater Westwood community. By putting on events like "Paint the Town" or bringing the best food trucks to campus for a movie night, this committee never fails to bring the spirit of blue and gold to any event. Student engagement will be putting on several new and exciting events and spirit-focused initiatives during Homecoming week in hopes of inspiring the campus and community to promote Bruin Pride. Get ready for the Spirit Cup!
Internal Committee
Headed by the Internal Director, this committee is responsible for fostering an inclusive atmosphere and encouraging connections within Homecoming and across committees. The internal committee plans small-scale socials, as well as larger group activities and events to foster a sense of community and keep the excitement of Homecoming going throughout the year. The committee also works to provide resources for skill building, with the ultimate goal of making Homecoming run smoothly.
Public Relations Committee
Led by the Student Engagement Director, the student engagement committee is where Homecoming is connected to the students of UCLA. By putting on events like the “Homecoming Bash” or bringing the best food trucks to Strathmore and Gayley, this committee never fails to bring the spirit of blue and gold to any event. Student engagement will be putting on several new and exciting events and spirit-focused initiatives during Homecoming Week, in hopes of inspiring the campus to promote Bruin Pride.
