Jonathan Golub, J.D. '00Jonathan A. Golub, J.D. '00 has joined Wiggin and Dana in New York as Chair of the Fund Formation and Investment Management Practice Group and a partner in the firm’s Corporate Department.

“Wiggin and Dana continues to expand its suite of service offerings for the private equity, emerging companies, venture capital, family office and financial services sectors,” said William Perrone, chair of Wiggin and Dana’s Corporate Department. “We are excited to welcome Jonathan to the practice and work with him to deliver excellent value to our clients.”

Golub has extensive experience counseling both emerging and established asset managers. His practice includes representing U.S. and non-U.S. hedge, venture capital, and private equity funds, family offices, entrepreneurs, founders, high net worth and institutional investors and sponsors of various types of pooled investment vehicles. In addition to representing fund sponsors, Golub provides legal services to limited partners, family offices and investment groups in connection with their direct investments in third-party managed alternative investment vehicles. Golub also frequently handles U.S. legal matters for offshore fund managers and investors seeking access to the U.S. market.

Golub brings 20 years of experience in the investment management industry to the firm. He joins Wiggin and Dana from law firm Reitler Kailas & Rosenblatt LLC, where he was a private equity and fund formation partner in New York.

Golub earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia.
