Los Angeles Southeast Network

Greetings, Bruins!

The UCLA Alumni Los Angeles Southeast Network includes alumni from Artesia, Downey, La Mirada, Montebello, Norwalk, Paramount, Pico Rivera, Santa Fe Springs, South Gate, Whittier and the surrounding cities and communities.

Our goal is to support the UCLA Alumni Association mission of “enriching the lives of alumni and involving them in UCLA’s future” by creating a local network among alumni, whether it is social, business or community service related. We work to create a UCLA presence in our communities and schools while reconnecting alumni to UCLA. Additionally, we create opportunities for area alumni to serve as volunteers and ambassadors for UCLA. We are committed to connecting Bruins and bringing UCLA closer to home. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to get involved!

We organize a variety of events, including UCLA Football and Basketball viewing parties, a New Bruin Send-off Celebration picnic, mixers as well as other events of interest to local alumni.

Our efforts are ambitious and we cannot do this alone! In order to make this network truly successful, we are actively looking for alumni who are interested in becoming a part of our leadership and planning team. We need input and ideas from alumni of all ages and backgrounds to ensure an inclusive network that will meet the needs and exceed the expectations of the alumni it serves.
