Biography:
Armine Kulikyan is currently an assistant director of career education & development at UCLA’s Career Center. She brings extensive experience in both academic and career counseling, having served at institutions including CSU Los Angeles, CSU Northridge, Pasadena City College and Cal Lutheran University.
Through her career, Kulikyan discovered a deep passion for career development, which led her to launch her own company, www.careerrise.org. Through CareeRise, she empowers individuals to navigate their career journeys with clarity and confidence. She offers one-on-one counseling for career exploration and planning, job search strategies, interview prep, résumé and cover letter building, LinkedIn profile building, graduate and professional school applications, and essay reviews. She also offers workshops and trainings on various career topics for teams and organizations. Lastly, she co-hosts Coffee and Career Hour, a genuine and informative podcast on all things career.
