Bias impacts every decision we make, influences our behaviors, and over time, shapes our institutions. To begin this journey of understanding, prior to our Chapter meeting on Oct. 6, please take 4-6 minutes to complete the cognitive bias assessment. This provides a common language for self-reflection and serves to de-stigmatize bias.
When we precisely identify the biases we’re fearing—we can frame conversations for constructive results.
