Change Makers Summit: Racial Equity at Work (Day 2)

2020 catalyzed a global conversation on anti-racism. Bruins, being positively different and passionately optimistic, have been, and will continue to be leaders on issues of diversity, equity and inclusion. Bruins have applied their world-class education to create knowledge, innovate best practices, and catalyze change in all areas of society. This inaugural summit is an ode to this “change maker” spirit.

Compelled by this spirit, the UCLA Alumni Board of Directors and UCLA Alumni staff are inspired to create an alumni program to be a part of this much needed societal change. Different from current DEI career offerings, this summit will go past HR compliance and legal implications of “not” doing this work, and focus on making positive progress and impactful changes to address racial injustices in the workplace.
