In June 2021, collegiate athletics changed forever with the advent of the Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) policy. This landmark movement permitted student-athletes across all levels and divisions of collegiate sports to earn compensation based on their name, image, and likeness. Since then, over 350 Bruin student-athletes have reaped the benefits of the NIL policy.

Leading the way in both Westwood and throughout the nation in NIL has been Chase Griffin, quarterback for the UCLA football team. Griffin has become a leader in the NIL marketplace, earning two-time national NIL Male Athlete of the Year honors from the NIL Summit and Opendorse.

On March 14, Griffin will join the UCLA Alumni Association in its next Town Hall to discuss...

This new policy and how it has impacted his experience as a student-athlete while at UCLA
Leveraging his NIL across multiple activations, platforms, and campaigns
Plans to create a maximum return for both himself and his partners
RSVP today for this exciting discussion that will give the UCLA community a chance to learn more about the NIL movement and how to support Bruin student-athletes.

The UCLA Alumni Town Hall is a gathering place where Bruins can have their voices heard and ask important questions in search of illuminating answers. Sign up now to submit questions that will help guide the conversation.
