Biography: 

Susan Chang is a seasoned career counselor and talent management professional who has a passion for helping individuals, teams and organizations leverage their strengths to do more of what they naturally do best. As an adjunct faculty and career coach with an extensive background in Human Resources and counseling, she has coached college students and professionals at all levels of their careers from entry level to executive roles. She has a passion for helping individuals identify careers and workplaces that tap into their strengths, values, skills and interests. As a human capital leader, she has developed and executed on human resource strategies for companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 and spanning across various industries including health care, hospitality, retail, technology and manufacturing.
