About

Founded in 1985 by Mr. Alvin Livingston, the Northern California UCLA Alumni Club was a way for Northern California Bruins to build social and business relationships and to stay connected to UCLA.

In 1997, the network formally changed its name to include Sacramento, so as to not be confused with the Bay Area Bruins, the only other alumni network in California north of Santa Clarita.

Today, the Sacramento Network has more than 3,000 UCLA Alumni living in the greater Sacramento region, making the it one of UCLA's strongest and most active Alumni networks.
